How will you spend your working days?

• Responsible for managing and maintaining all hardware and software assets across the organisation
• Develop, implement and maintain automation solutions to streamline IT operations and reduce manual effort
• Manage endpoint security and enforce compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Create and manage IT project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Assist with the deployment of new IT systems and technologies
• Provide IT support to staff as required
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and availability
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing
• Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies

To apply for this job you must have:

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, device management and automation.
• Experience with endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience in managing IT projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
