Meal

Pannonia Bio Grow, in its meal form, is used as a high Nitrogen ingredient in built fertilizers and composts. Its favourable pH and relatively low phosphorus and potassium levels make it an easy-to-use ingredient in any formulation.

Pellets

Pannonia Bio Grow, in its pellet form, has been directly applied to arable land as an organic fertilizer. It has also been trialled against competitors in the market and out-performed them in both yield and crop height.

Benefits of Pannonia Bio Grow

  • Promotes humus formation
  • Initial start-up effect is rapid, with long-lasting effects
  • Works effectively at low temperatures

Pannonia Bio Grow trials

Field trials have been set up to prove the effectiveness of Pannonia Bio Grow by an independent, leading research company, CPR Europe. The trials were set up in Southern Hungary using Pannonia Bio Grow at a dose of 1000 kg/ha and compared to a reference product at a similar dose rate in soybean, sunflower and corn. During the vegetation, different evaluations were carried out such as differences in emergence, NDVI index, plant height, quantity and quality yield parameters. According to the results provided, it can be clearly stated that Pannonia Bio Grow increased the yield and had positive effects on yield quality parameters in soybean. The product increased the plant heights, yield, and had positive effects on yield quality parameters in sunflower and corn when compared to the reference product.

The production of Pannonia Grow

In the plant, corn kernels are broken down into their constituents during processing. The starch is used for the production of bioethanol, the protein and oil for animal feed, and the fibre for a range of other products. One of these being the feed for Pannonia Bio's biogas plant. Wet fibre is used to produce valuable methane gas through anaerobic digestion. The sludgy mass of valuable nutrients that remains at the end of the digestion process is dried and used to make organic soil fertilizer - Pannonia Bio Grow.
According to Biokontroll Hungária Nonprofit Kft. use of Pannonia Bio Grow is an appropriate process, active ingredient.
